I was supposed to get my motorcycle today, and the guy who would meet me at the pickup was nice enough to offer to come drop it of at the house. That was not part of the deal, so win :)
But the bike had its front wheel messed up doing transport so they had to order a new wheel and I will get the bike tomorrow instead.
Its a bit of a bummer as I was looking forward to taking it out for a spin, but I have in the meantime, without knowing about this delay, decided to stay a bit longer with the family here. I had originally calculated with far to many days for crossing the Nullarbor and planned to leave today, but I'm going to stay the weekend over and leave Monday or Tuesday. That means for those of you who are just reading this for the bike journey, I'm afraid it will take a few more days before the blog becomes interesting.

I saw my first bobtail today, it was busy crossing the road in front of the house here, so I jumped out and took some pics and shot a little movie of it:
This part might be more interesting for the family but you are all welcome to follow. Dan's brothers Duncan and Don came over for a visit, Diana, their sister, was a bit sick and couldn't come, but her kids Danica and Dillon did. Duncan had his son with him too, a small fella, about 9 I think.
I got pictures of the three Brothers, and one with me in it as well:
